We are Friendly, a small Swiss company specializing in privacy-friendly business software. Our products, Friendly Automate and Friendly Analytics, stand for quality, data protection and user-friendliness. Lukas Sigel

Our customer support team currently consists of our CCO Lukas, who takes great care of our most important customers, and our CTO Joey, who is responsible for the technical infrastructure and also provides support. We are looking for additional support to relieve our team and ensure that questions about our products Friendly Automate and Friendly Analytics receive the attention they need.

Your role

As a customer support team member, you will:

  • Answer support questions about our products Friendly Automate and Friendly Analytics via email and phone.
  • Support our customers in solving problems with your friendly attitude.
  • Work with our CCO Lukas and CTO Joey to efficiently answer customer inquiries and continuously improve the support process.
  • In the long term, you will also be involved in providing individual consulting and support to important customers.

Your profile

  • You speak good German and French, ideally also Swiss German or English.
  • You have a friendly, patient personality and very good communication skills.
  • You are willing to learn and enjoy developing new skills.
  • You are tech-savvy and quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
  • You have knowledge of HTML, MJML, CSS and JavaScript or are willing to aquire such knowledge.
  • Experience in customer service and marketing is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
