Revenue and costs increased
Our MRR increased by +5% to $7,142. At the same time, unfortunately, our costs also increased by +7%, mainly due to a more accurate calculation of our partner commissions. This increased the loss by 20% to -$1,553.

Our customers sent half a million emails
In January, our sending volume increased by an incredible +200% to a new record of 496,207 emails sent.

More upgrades and a security patch for Friendly Automate
Friendly Automate is based on the open source software Mautic. In December, we upgraded the first customer to the new version 3 of Mautic.
In January, we upgraded more customers to the new version. We also closed a critical security vulnerability in Mautic.
Thanks to our close partnership with Mautic, we received the patch a day before the official release and were thus able to fix all customer instances with it before the vulnerability became public.

Outlook: new email editor for Friendly Automate
We’ve announced the improved email editor for Friendly Automate several times, with Mautic 3.3 it’s finally becoming a reality 🥳
We are proud that we actively supported its development through the corresponding project team. We also contributed three modern email templates, which are now included in the core of Mautic.
By the way, the new editor is not only used for emails, the landing page editor is also based on the new technology and gets better accordingly.
As soon as we have completed our stability testing, we will update all instances of Friendly Automate to the new version so that our customers can start enjoying the new editor as soon as possible.
