The Friendly Team

Ágota Dimén is Customer Support Specialist at Friendly. She has been part of the team since April 2026. She firmly believes: a Migros bag has two handles so two people can carry it together. For over ten years, she has worked in Customer Success with this mindset. And if the bag ever tears, she definitely has a Coop bag handy too. In her spare time, she is writing a screenplay that will probably never be finished, and considers raisins to be the beginning of a declining society.
