Mona Sorcelli is Customer Success Specialist at Friendly. With a marketing DNA, IT roots, and customer support in her blood. She sat in front of her first Mac at age 5, built her first website in an editor in 1999 – and has never looked back. At the intersection of technology, marketing, and people, she translates complexity into clarity and loves automating everything that gets done by hand too often. She is also involved as co-founder of Coworking bureaud.ch, building community in Dietikon in the Limmat Valley. In her spare time, she has a passion for improv theatre and is always open to new cultural discoveries.
