Friendly does not rent or sell customer data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friendly stores and processes all customer data exclusively <a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/privacy\/subprocessors\">in Switzerland<\/a> with providers headquartered in Switzerland. We do not store customer data in the clouds of tech corporations from the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"automate\">Privacy at Friendly Automate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/automate\">Friendly Automate<\/a> is a service to engage contacts via email, SMS or other channels. Friendly Automate customers can evaluate their contacts&#8217; reaction to the messages and visitors&#8217; behavior on their website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In doing so, Friendly Automate allows customers to collect and store personally identifiable information (\u201cPII\u201d), which may include contacts&#8217; names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company names and any other PII which our customers choose to request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The type and amount of information collected about their contacts is determined by the customer. If the customer chooses to use Friendly Automate to collect and track information about their contacts, Friendly Automate will employ technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find more details about this in our <a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/privacy\/dpa\">Data Processing Agreement (DPA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"analytics\">Privacy at Friendly Analytics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/analytics\">Friendly Analytics<\/a> is a service to track and understand the success and reach of a website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All data stored by Friendly Analytics cannot be attributed to a specific person and is therefore not personally identifiable information (PII). We deliberately do not set cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find more details about this in our <a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/privacy\/dpa\">Data Processing Agreement (DPA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/privacy\/dpa\">Data Processing Agreement (DPA)<\/a> specifies your and our rights and obligations with regard to data protection aspects \u2013 based on the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a customer of ours, you are welcome to sign a DPA with us. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/friendly.ch\/en\/contact\">contact us<\/a> for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-and-organisational-measures\">Technical and Organisational Measures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We take technical and organizational measures (TOM) to ensure that data is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.
