This is what moved us in July:
Recurring revenue and loss up
Our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) increased by +1% to CHF 13,298 (~$14,004) in July, our highest MRR to date and the eleventh consecutive month of revenue growth.
Our one-time revenue from consulting dropped dramatically by -94% to only CHF 90 (~$95) in July. The reason was significantly less consulting activities for our customers.
We are pleased to report that our costs decreased again. They decreased by -5% to CHF 14,371 (~$15,050). We had less expenses for freelancers and for advertising.
Due to the decline in one-time revenue, our loss unfortunately increased by a whopping +73% from CHF -567 (~ -$590) to CHF -983 (~ -$1,035).
In the current month of August, we already have higher income from consulting than in July. However, our salary costs will also increase once again because our Kathrin is doubling her workload from 20% to 40% this month.
This is the last planned increase in expenses for the foreseeable future. Our goal is to get into the black sustainably as soon as possible with the current team.

Friendly Analytics tracked over 1 million pageviews
The pageviews tracked by our customers with Friendly Analytics exceeded the special limit of one million per month for the first time. To be precise, there were 1,197,906 tracked pageviews in the month of July, which corresponds to an increase of +27% compared to the previous month. We are happy about this milestone.
July was a calm summer month without any other special events. We are working in the background to eliminate last bugs in the current version of Friendly Automate.
